【Responsibilities】

大手事業者様を対象に、ESS(Energy Storage System)および ICT インフラソリューション(データセンター)を中心としたソリューションの技術営業(テクニカルセールス)をご担当いただきます。

特に現在はデータセンター事業に注力しており、データセンターを保有・運営されている顧客のニーズや課題を的確に理解し、当社商材の強みを最大限に活かしたソリューション提案を行っていただきます。

  • 定期的な顧客訪問、電話・メールによるフォローアップ。製品技術に関する図面、寸法、仕様、ソリューション等の Q&A 対応
  • 顧客の技術的課題および潜在ニーズの収集・分析
  • RFI/RFP に対する最適なソリューションの立案および提案・説明
  • 顧客 (顕在・潜在)への営業提案活動。見積書の作成提案レビューや技術題材提出を含む
  • 案件管理(進捗・課題・関係者調整)
  • アライアンスパートナー企業との連携推進および協業深化。共同営業、製品・技術の協業推進
  • テクニカルセールスチームのマネジメント。技術資料・報告書の作成および社内展開(議事録、会議資料 等)
  • 展示会や顧客打ち合わせ等のイベント企画・実行
  • ソリューションカタログ、マニュアル、提案書等の作成

【Qualifications】

  • ICT/データセンター業界における技術営業または技術職の実務経験

(データセンター・空調設備関連の事業会社、ソリューションベンダー、エンジニアリング会社、商社、コンサルティング会社等特に、データセンター、空調設備等を扱う法人向け事業会社、ソリューションベンダー、エンジニアリング会社、商社、コンサルティング会社等での技術営業、技術企画、技術マーケティング、またはコンサルティング経験)

  • ICT インフラソリューションに関する専門的な知見・実務経験。

―データセンター、空調設備など等に関わる以下いずれかの分野の経験

(おけるハードウェア/ソフトウェア、ネットワーク、ストレージ等)

など※ (すべての分野を網羅している必要はなく、領域である必要はなく、いずれか一つの分野での経験があれば可で可)

  • 日本語力(ネイティブレベル :母語レベル以※目安:日本語能力試験N1上(高度なビジネス日本語力)
  • 英語力または中国語力(:ビジネスレベル)
  • 顧客との長期的な関係構築経験
