【職務内容】
1)企業主導で行う研究プロジェクトにおいて、研究プロジェクトマネジメントを行い、計画に則ったエビデンス創出に貢献する。
研究プロジェクトでは、計画立案、予算管理、実行、結果公表までのプロセスにおいて、スタディチームの一員として、社内関連部門(研究開発本部、法務・コンプライアンス部門、購買部門、ファイナンス部門 等)及び米国本社及び社外パートナーとの協働を行う。
• 研究立案フェーズでは、研究タイムライン、予算計画を立案するとともに、研究の実施可能性評価をリードする。
• 開始準備フェーズでは、ベンダー選定や施設選定や各種契約書作成や社内規定アセスメント等、多岐にわたる業務を担当し、タイムライン通りに研究開始を達成できるようプロジェクトを推進する。
• 実行フェーズでは、ベンダーマネジメントやコストマネジメントやスケジュールマネジメントを通じて、計画通りプロジェクトが推進するよう管理する。また、研究のクオリティ担保に努める。
• 社内関連部署との連携をとりながら、倫理指針や各種法規制やガイドラインに基づき研究を進め、コンプライアンス遵守に努める。
• 米国本社主導研究の場合、本社担当者と協業しプロジェクト推進に努める。
2)研究者及びその所属研究機関、米国本社、社内関連部門(メディカルアフェアーズ、研究開発本部、法務・コンプライアンス部門など)との協働により、研究者の独立性・研究の中立性を保ちながら、研究者主導研究(IIS)支援のオペレーションを管理・実行し、日本の研究者による革新的なエビデンスの創出を支援する。
• IIS申請支援、採択案件の契約、研究資金や研究用薬剤/化合物の提供、研究開始準備、実施、結果報告の全プロセスを通して、社内関連部門と協業しながら研究者/研究機関及び米国本社担当者等との調整/交渉を行い、IIS支援のオペレーションを管理・実行する。
• 新たな治療法の研究が進むがん領域においては医師主導治験もIIS支援制度の対象とし、審査により採択された場合は研究資金や治験薬の供与を行うことで、将来の新規がん治療法の開発を支援する。
• 前例のない、新規の研究支援制度の導入に際して、社内関連部門と連携/協働し創造的に解決策を見出す。
• 米国本社が全世界で展開するIIS支援制度の最新情報を社外ホームページに掲載し、申請を検討する研究者に対しては、社内関連部門と連携して制度や手順についての詳細情報を提供する。
• 研究者所属研究機関との研究契約に際しては、契約書案の作成や契約交渉や締結手続きを行う。
• 研究開始後は、契約に基づき研究進捗(Publication状況を含む)を確認し、研究用薬剤/化合物提供の手配、及びマイルストンに応じた研究費の支払い手続きを行う。
【応募資格】
必須条件
• 製薬企業、CROまたは研究機関において、5年以上のスタディマネジメントまたはオペレーション経験を有する方。(治験、臨床研究を問わない)PMP(Project Management Professional)資格を有していればなお良い。
• 組織横断的なプロジェクトマネジメント業務の経験を有する方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力 (電話会議やメールでのコミュニケーションができる方。TOEIC 800点以上を目安。)
• 上記の業務経験において以下の能力を発揮してきた又はその能力を有する方
o 利害の異なる組織横断的なプロジェクトチームの意見をとりまとめ、目的を達成する交渉力・問題解決力
o 前例のない事例に対して、自ら新たな方法・解決策を見出す創造力
o 複雑で多岐にわたる業務手順を、スケジュールに従い管理・実行する能力
o 社内関連部門及び社外の研究者と協働し良好な関係を構築できるコミュニケーション力
望ましい条件、資質:
• 今までに、治験や臨床研究に関する契約書作成又は契約交渉の経験/能力
• 困難な状況でも、前向きな行動・提案を行えるストレス耐性
