この計画は、新宿駅西口の交通広場や広大な地下空間を再編し、地上48階、地下5階建ての超高層複合ビルを建設するという、まさに「街そのもの」を創り変える大規模プロジェクトです。オフィス、商業施設、ホテル、そして新たな交通ターミナル機能が一体となり、新宿のビジネス、観光、そして日々の暮らしを劇的に進化させます。

仕事内容:具体的には以下の業務をお任せします:

  • 工事のスケジュール管理: 予定通りに工事が進むよう計画を立て、進捗を確認します。
  • 品質のチェック: 図面通りに施工されているかを確認し、建物の品質を守ります。
  • 職人さんや業者さんとの調整: 工事がスムーズに進むよう、現場で協力しながら進めます。
  • 安全管理: 現場の安全確認を行い、事故なく作業できる環境を整えます。
  • 書類の作成・管理: 報告書や必要な書類の作成を行います。

求める人材:

  • PCスキル:Excel(表計算)、Word(簡単な文章入力)、メール(受送信)が出来る方。
  • 頑張って働きたい方
  • 施工管理技士(1級・2級)資格保持が有れば、尚可
  • 建築士(1級・2級)資格保持が有れば、尚可
  • 建築現場の経験者が有れば、尚可

勤務時間・曜日:

  • 業務時間:8時00分~17時00分(実働時間:8時間/日)
  • 休憩時間:1時間
  • 時間外勤務:繁忙期には、15~30時間/月程度有

休暇・休日:

  • 完全週休2日制(土日祝休) 土曜、祝日出勤の可能性あり(その場合は交代制、代休あり)
  • 年間休日125日

勤務地:

「原則屋内禁煙、喫煙室あり」

アクセス:

  • JR線 新宿駅 徒歩3分

給与:

  • 時間外勤務手当
  • 通勤手当(全額支給)
  • 実績や状況に応じて、下記の手当を支給。ただし、全員に一律支給ではありません。
  • 資格手当(施工管理技士、建築士、測量士など会社が定める資格)
  • 現場手当
