【職務概要】

マネーフォワードケッサイにおいて、統合リスクの設計・構築・運営全般をリードしていただきます。

【職務詳細】

■統合リスク管理の設計・構築・運営

・マネーフォワードケッサイ全体のリスク管理方針や体制、施策に関する企画・立案及び導入・定着に向けた取り組み。

■与信リスク管理

・ポートフォリオ管理、与信枠全体の管理体制の整備、事業集中リスクの分析と対策立案。

■新規事業リスク評価

・新規プロダクト立ち上げにおける戦略リスク評価を通じた成功の蓋然性の最大化と個別リスク特定及び施策の提言

■リスク管理委員会の運営

・リスク管理に関する経営陣への報告作成と、会議体の運営

■事業継続計画(BCP)と危機管理体制の整備

・予期せぬ事態における事業継続のための計画策定、および危機管理体制の改善・実行。

■リスクマネジメント文化の浸透の推進

【求める人材】

【必須】

・金融機関におけるリスクマネジメントの立ち上げ経験、および統合リスク管理実務経験(3年以上)

資金移動業者や暗号資産、決済代行などの新興金融領域での経験を特に歓迎します。

【尚可】

・キャッシュレス決済業界、クレジットカード業界での実務経験

・事業成長とリスク管理のバランスを調整しながら、プロジェクトを推進した経験

・社内規定やマニュアルの整備、金融庁等の当局対応経験

※株式会社マネーフォワードで雇用の上で、マネーフォワードケッサイ株式会社に在籍出向となります。(期間は事業計画による)

【給与】

年収:600万~1200万程度

月給制:月額500000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:ハイパフォーマンス賞与

昇給:年2回(7月・1月)

東京都港区芝浦3-1-21 msb Tamachi 田町ステーションタワーS 21F

各線「田町」駅徒歩4分/各線「三田」駅徒歩6分

勤務地変更の範囲:出向・転籍により勤務地が変更となる場合あり

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:10時~15時、9時30分~14時30分)標準労働時間:8時間
