Supports the business regulatory complexity and requirements by monitoring regulatory developments. In addition, establishes external networks for advocacy, performs necessary internal product regulatory assessments and serves as the local Dow contact in case of enforcement actions by local authorities.

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Interprets and consults for the businesses using expanded conceptual knowledge and broadened capabilities.
  • Supports clients in completing regulatory submittals and reporting requirements, and provides informal guidance to new team members.
  • Leverages regulatory (FDA, chemical registrations) expertise for different businesses.
  • Engages regulatory officials on products of interest and advocates for improvements to rules, requirements, management systems, data requests, etc.
