職務内容

リチウムイオン電池事業部の事業企画部門における全般の事務をご担当いただきます。

【業務内容】

・総務、庶務

・購買発注、支払/振替処理

・押印手続きの補助、契約書の文書管理

・各種問合せ対応 など

以下のご経験、スキルを有する方

・一般事務(部門間の調整業務を含む)

・経理事務(支払/振替伝票起票、グループ内取引伝票の発行等)

・消耗品発注業務

・Microsoft365を活用したIT推進業務

・内部規則などのルール作成スキルを有する方

・発注、検収の業務経験を有する方

・契約書等文書管理、スケジュール管理のスキルを有する方

・ITシステム管理の経験を有する方

・社内外の関係者と協調しながら円滑に業務を遂行できる方

・礼儀作法があり、計画的に物事に取り組める方

・突発的な業務依頼、予定変更にも確実に対応できる方

・社内外の関係者および関係部門と協調しながら円滑に業務を遂行できる方

待遇

【雇用形態】正社員※試用期間3ヶ月(条件に変更なし)

【給与】月給21万~27万円

【想定年収】390万円~500万円

※上記の給与および想定年収は25歳~35歳の賃金

※平均5~10時間/月残業込、諸手当別

【勤務時間】9:00~17:35(所定労働時間7時間50分)

フレックス制度有 コアタイム 11:00~14:05

※試用期間中はフレックスタイム制度対象外
