【業務概要】

  • リチウムイオンバッテリーの技術開発部における電気領域担当者

・バッテリーの仕様構築に向け、新技術の不確定要素を明確化し、最適化を目指した設計・評価業務

・セルおよびバッテリーモジュールの特性に基づいた仕様構築・改善の推進

【業務詳細】

仕様構築において、設計と評価の両面からアプローチし、信頼性と性能向上を目指した以下業務を担当します。

・コンセプト立案、設計、試作、評価などのPDCAサイクルを通じた仕様の最適化を推進

・充放電特性(容量、出力、充放電サイクルなど)や安全性を考慮した設計仕様の策定および試作品の評価

・評価結果のフィードバック、設計改良や仕様改善に反映

・セルの充放電挙動や劣化メカニズムのシミュレーション、モデル構築・検証、開発プロセスの効率化

【開発ツール】※ミッションにより異なります

・セル評価/計測ツール:充放電装置、インピーダンス、安全性試験装置

・電池試作ツール:グローブボックス

・シミュレーション/HILS関連ツール:Matlab, Simulink, Python
