仕事内容:
オープニング期の管理者として、事業所運営とチームづくりをお任せします。
利用者さんが安心して通い、スタッフが支援に集中できるように、**現場の仕組みづくり(工程・手順・品質)**を整える役割です。
主な業務
事業所運営(全体設計、日々の進行管理)
スタッフのマネジメント(育成・声かけ・シフト調整など)
利用者さんの作業支援の統括(見守り、作業支援、品質管理)
作業工程の整備(工程表/手順書/チェックリスト作成・改善)
関係機関・ご家族との連携、必要な記録・報告の管理

※現在は、下記のような作業を中心に進めていく想定です。
検品(商品の状態確認、数量確認など)
梱包(セット組み、袋詰め、ラベル貼り、箱詰めなど)
清掃(作業場の環境整備、衛生管理など)
作業内容は今後どんどん増えていきます。
「できる作業を増やしていく=利用者さんの選択肢と成長が増える」こと。
新しい作業の導入や、よりやりやすい工程への改善など、管理者として大きく関われます。
