未経験OKプロダクト開発の"01"に携われる長期インターン
自社AIプロダクトの企画・機能改善・検証まで幅広く挑戦できる

最先端のAI技術を活用しながら、「プロダクトをどう成長させるか」という本質的な問いに向き合えるインターンです。
代表やエンジニアチームとの距離が近いので、単なる作業ではなく、構想検証改善というプロダクト思考そのものを実践できます。
【具体的な仕事内容】
・AIプロダクトの企画、機能設計、要件整理
・LLM・生成AIを使ったプロトタイプ検証
・ユーザー行動データの分析と改善提案
・開発ミーティングでの議論・仕様決め
・新機能のPoC(概念実証)や技術リサーチ
・市場調査、競合サービス分析

9:30 出社・朝会(本日のタスク共有)
10:00 AIモデルの挙動チェック/改善案の検証
12:00 ランチ休憩
13:00 ユーザー行動データ分析・仮説立て
15:00 開発MTGでのディスカッション参加

このインターンで得られる一番の学びは?
AIを"使う側"ではなく、
「AIプロダクトをどう成立させるか」という視点を持てることです。
ただのモデル調整ではなく、
・どんな体験価値を提供したいのか
・ユーザーの行動をどう変えたいのか
・そのために必要な仕様は何か
といった構造化思考が鍛えられます。
大学では学べない、実務的なプロダクト思考を体験できるのが大きいです。
優秀な先輩と働くことで得られた成長は?
京大・同大・阪大など、思考速度の速い先輩が多く、議論の質がとても高いです。
特に、"仮説の立て方"と"削ぎ落とし方"は先輩のロジックを見て学べる部分が大きいと感じます。
行き詰まったときは、先輩が
「論点はどこ?」
「何が解ければ前進できる?」
と一緒に深掘りしてくれるので、毎回知的な刺激があります。
就活や"ガクチカ"にも活きるって本当?

AIプロダクトの企画・検証に関わった経験は、
外資コンサル/戦コン/IT大手/スタートアップの面接で非常に強い武器になります。

【シフト制】
9:30~16:30、10:00~19:00、16:00~20:00
週2日〜OK&1日5時間〜勤務できる柔軟シフト

給与詳細
基本給:時給 1500円 〜 3000円
時給1,500円~3,000円

【月収例】
【Aさん(大学3年生)の場合:週2日・1日5時間勤務】
時給1,500円 × 5h × 8日 = 月収 約60,000円
【Bさん(大学4年生)の場合:週5日・1日6時間勤務】
時給1,500円 × 6h × 22日 = 月収 約198,000円
