未経験OKプロダクト開発の"0→1"に携われる長期インターン

自社AIプロダクトの企画・機能改善・検証まで幅広く挑戦できる

代表やエンジニアチームとすぐそばで働ける環境なので、ただの作業ではなく、構想→検証→改善という"プロダクトをつくる本質"に触れながら成長できます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・自社AIプロダクトの機能企画・要件整理

・LLM/生成AIを使ったプロトタイプ検証

・ユーザー行動データの分析と改善提案

・開発ミーティングでの意見出し・仕様ディスカッション

・新機能のPoC(概念実証)や技術リサーチ

・市場調査・競合サービスの分析


【1日の流れ(例)】

13:00 ユーザー行動データ分析・仮説立て

15:00 開発MTGでのディスカッション参加

↓

17:30 翌日のタスク整理・成果共有

18:00 退勤

──このインターンで得られる一番の学びは?

AIを"使う側"ではなく、

「AIプロダクトをどう成立させるか」という視点を持てることです。

ただのモデル調整ではなく、

・どんな体験価値を提供したいのか

・ユーザーの行動をどう変えたいのか

・そのために必要な仕様は何か

といった構造化思考が鍛えられます。

大学では学べない、実務的なプロダクト思考を体験できるのが大きいです。

──優秀な先輩と働くことで得られた成長は?

京大・同大・阪大など、思考速度の速い先輩が多く、議論の質がとても高いです。

特に、"仮説の立て方"と"削ぎ落とし方"は先輩のロジックを見て学べる部分が大きいと感じます。

【Aさん(大学3年生)の場合:週2日・1日5時間勤務】

時給1,500円 × 5h × 8日 = 月収 約60,000円

【Bさん(大学4年生)の場合:週5日・1日6時間勤務】

時給1,500円 × 6h × 22日 = 月収 約198,000円
