- 業務内容
認可保育園での業務です。
・園内外の清掃
・ゴミ出し
・消耗品の補充・管理
・簡単な修理
・園芸作業(プランターの手入れ)・草取り
・季節の空調設備の清掃
・水槽の清掃
などを行っていただきます。
現在、2名の用務員さんが勤務しています。
業務に慣れるまでは一つずつ丁寧に教えていきますので安心してください

子どもたちみんなが元気いっぱい遊べる南向きの広い園庭&プール
子どもたちの体力つくりと遊びの創造に必要な遊びの場があります
保育園ならではの異年齢児交流も行っており、一人一人の発達や個性に合わせた、丁寧な保育に努めています。
遊びの中から、子どもたちのやる気・考える力・思いやりの心を育てることを基本に、保護者の方も安心し、子どもたちが喜んで保育園へ向かい、保育者が楽しんで保育にあたる。そんな保育園を目指しています

延長保育/7:00~7:30 18:30~20:30
休園日/日曜日、祝祭日、年末年始(12月31日~1月3日)

子どもの伝えたいことに共感して寄り添う保育。言葉をかけすぎないように配慮しています。

よかったことを具体的にほめる、「ほめて意欲につなげる保育」をすることで、達成感や自信に繋がるよう支援。
やりたい遊びに集中になることで想像力を育て、次の遊びに繋げる。
自分の考えを伝え表現できるように導くよう、見守る保育を行い、プラス思考の言葉がけで自分で気づき、成長できるように促しています。
体操などの活動もあり、女性保育士・男性保育士ともに多数活躍しています。
保育について
1 一人一人と向き合う保育:一人一人と向き合うことで、その子の発達段階や個性が分かり、子どもたちの発達段階に応じた環境を整えることで一人一人に応じた保育を行っています。
2 自立した子どもを育てる:子どもが「自分で考える」「自分で遊ぶ」環境を整え、考える・選ぶ機会をたくさん作っています。
3 体操・英語・音楽・絵本:子どもたちが様々な経験をできる機会を作っています。
4 おいしい給食 :「みんなで楽しくおいしく食べる」ことを大切に、野菜作りや収穫、クッキングを通して食べる活動を行います。

自分の大切な子どもを預けたいと思えるかどうか、それを一番大切にしています。自分の子どものように園児たちに接することのできるホスピタリティ溢れる保育士を求めています。
働く職員はみんな子どもが大好き子どもたちのことを一番に考え、楽しみながら保育をしています。
とにかく仕事を楽しんでほしい。自分に余裕を持っていなければ、保育の仕事は難しくなります。自分自身を大切に、職場とご自身の時間とでうまくバランスをとりながら、人生を充実させてほしいと願っています。
もちろん、一人一人は完ぺきではありませんが、みんなで補い合っていくことで、無理なく過ごすことができ、チームとしての結束力も高まると思います。
