- 募集背景
弊社では長期ビジョン Shaping the Future 2030 の中でデジタル化社会の実現への貢献を掲げており(※1)、特に制御機器事業においてはモノづくりの高度化、社会システム事業では再生可能エネルギーの普及・効率的利用を目指したソリューションの提供に挑戦しはじめています(※2, 3)。
そのような中、OpenAIのChatGPTに代表される大規模言語モデル(LLM)の急速な機能拡張・性能向上により、前述の挑戦においてもLLMやAIエージェントを活用した価値の実現が高まっており、各事業で構想されたソリューションに対する有用性を見極める Try & Learn が同時並行で進展しています。その結果、これらの活動を通して、LLMを実用化する上での問題も顕在化してきています。
我々、技術・知財本部デジタルデザインセンタ(※4)は、データ解析やAI、シミュレーション等を使いこなすことでエンジニアリングチェーンの開発生産性向上をミッションとし、開発・生産・営業のデータに基づいた意思決定支援や自動化を進めてきました(※5)。しかし、ソリューション事業で顕在化してきている前述の問題を踏まえ、これまで培ってきたデータ解析、アルゴリズム開発に関する技術力を活かしつつ、ソリューション事業へのLLMやAIエージェントの事業への利活用を推進する役割に挑戦することとなりました。具体的には、社内の多様な情報源の加工・統合、自然言語処理の活用による情報の類別・意味付け、さらにはシステムやアプリケーションのプロトタイピングを行い、各事業部と連携したPoCによるソリューションの仮説検証をクイックに推進します。
この度、このようなソリューションへの展開を想定した新たな技術開発の挑戦にあたり、事業が構想するビジネスモデルや価値提供の形態、それを構成する商品・機能を踏まえ、LLMやAIエージェントの活用を含むソリューションのバックエンドで稼働するシステムのアーキテクチャを設計・実装・検証するアーキテクトを募集いたします。

- 担っていただきたい具体的な仕事内容
オムロン全社の技術開発を担う技術・知財本部のデジタルデザインセンタが主体となって行う事業部、特に制御機器事業、社会システム事業のソリューションに関するデジタル技術を活用したテーマにおいて、「LLMの技術の進化」「全社の検証で顕在化した実用上の問題」「ソリューション事業の構想」を踏まえてLLMも含めた価値提供の仕組みを設計し、LLMが抱える問題の解消に有用な技術開発を見極め、それを構築・検証する主担当を担っていただきます。
具体的には以下のような業務内容を想定しています。

・テーマのチームメンバと協働しながら、技術開発の計画・実行・有用性の見極め
・事業部のソリューションに技術開発成果を展開するための対象部門の関係者との折衝
・事業展開する上で必要なLLM・AIエージェントを活用する仕組みの設計・プロトタイピング
・自身の専門性を活かしたメンバの指導、育成
【対象領域】
以下を候補とし、テーマ企画の進捗、スキル・経験等を踏まえて決定します
・基板検査装置を起点とした基板実装工程の生産性を向上するソリューション
・装置の制御の中枢となるPLCを起点としたデジタルツインによる生産性を向上するソリューション
・再生可能エネルギーの活用効率を高めるための発電・蓄電池・パワーコンディショナの連携を管理するソリューション
・弊社の技術開発部門に提供しているLLMを活用するための開発基盤の強化(※2)
※1. 直近は、先行して着手しているテーマのメンバとして参画いただき、組織長やテーマリーダと協働することで、連携部門との人脈形成、業務プロセスの理解を深めていただきます。

- 必須条件【経験】
AI活用を支えるクラウド基盤やデータ処理・運用自動化の仕組みの設計・構築の経験をお持ちの方
※利用経験を求める具体的なツールはDevOps、ML/AIOpsなどです
- 歓迎条件
下記いずれかの経験を有する方
・LLMやAIエージェントを活用するサービス・システムの設計・実装
・非構造化文書を対象とする自然言語処理を活用した開発
・LLMを有効に活用するための周辺技術(RAGや Fine Tuning など)を活用した開発
・センサやコントローラ、製造装置と連携するIoTシステムの開発
