【主な業務内容】

・イベント企画、運営

・オフィスの会議室、イベントスペースの設備点検

・レポート作成、提出

・その他ビジネスサポート

【応募/希望要件】

・基本的なMS/Googleワークプレイスの知識
・ネイティブレベルの日本語と、会話レベルの英語
・総務ソフトサービスまたは顧客サービス業界で3年以上の経験
・コミュニケーションスキルがある方、ポジティブマインド、チームプレイヤーの方大歓迎です

Duties & responsibilities

Provide users with comprehensive support for the success of their events, from the planning stage to the event's conclusion

Event Operation

  • Fulfil room booking requests according to users needs (mainly for events)
  • Coordinating room layout change for events
  • Communicate with users regarding types of services provided
  • Adapt to and support various types of user requests
  • Conducting room inspections to ensure that the rooms are in good condition
  • Accommodating support requests raised urgently during events
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a seamless operation
  • Support other teams/members with event operation related matters
  • Consolidate information and generate reports, communications and documents as required by client
  • Implementing and delivering best Practices in the operation
  • Actively contribute in team meetings

    • Knowledge And Skills Required

  • Basic MS/ Google Workplace is preferred
  • Native level of Japanese and conversational level of English
  • At least 3 years or more experience in Soft services or customer service industry

  • Friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help meet our client's needs
