Junior Associate Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Consultant to join our team in Tokyo. As a Junior Associate Consultant, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced consultants to support our client engagements.
You will assist in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing insights to deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role will provide you with a deep understanding of our industry practices and the opportunity to contribute to projects at various stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather relevant information on industries, companies, and candidates
- Assist in candidate interviews and references for evaluation
- Analyze data and develop insights to support client engagements
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients
- Attend client meetings and participate in discussions
- Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of client projects
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives within the firm
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a company, government agencies, etc.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity to learn everything, willingness to grow
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Interest in talent management, business strategies
- Strong commands of Japanese (native level) and English (business level)
Estimated Salary: ¥4,500,000 - ¥6,000,000 per year
