Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 6-8 years of experience in EHS management in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
