■Engineering Organization

The company's engineering organization currently consists of approximately 55 engineers.

Although the ratio of offshore engineers in Vietnam is still high, it is steadily increasing in the area of in-house production.

Japan team (including Tokyo headquarters, Okinawa, Osaka, and regional remote offices): Approx. 25 engineers

Vietnam offshore team: about 30

■Evaluation System

Evaluations are conducted once a half year (March/September), and salaries are revised accordingly.

In the past, 20%~30% of all engineers have received a raise at the time of evaluation.

・Experience in back-end development of web services utilizing statically typed languages (e.g., Java, Go, TypeScript): 3+ years

・Experience in infrastructure construction, operation, and maintenance utilizing cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure): 3+ years

・Experience communicating and negotiating with the business side

■Preferred

・Experience in application development using RPA: 1+ years

・Experience in back-end development using TypeScript: 1+ years

・Experience in controlling technical debt with ROI in mind
