店長候補として、店舗運営に関わる業務全般をお任せします。
スタッフの育成・マネジメントから食材の発注、売上管理などを担当していただきます。
あなたの経験を活かしながら、お店の中心メンバーとして活躍してください

《2》月給30万円〜スキルUPも実現
あなたの経験や技術を正当に評価し、月給30万円から40万円の間でお迎えします。

2026年、月島に新しくオープンする和食店『十壱』。
今回は、お店の立ち上げから参加してくださるオープニングスタッフを大募集します
コンセプトは「旬の魚と、毎日丁寧につくるおばんざい」。
派手さよりも誠実さと上質さを大切にし、お客様が静かに食事と会話を楽しめる場所を目指しています。
場所は「月島駅」から徒歩3分の好立地です。
「こうしたらやりやすい」「こんな風にしたい」
など、みんなで相談しながら働きやすい環境をつくっていきましょう。
お客様だけでなく、私たちスタッフにとっても居心地の良いお店にしていきたいと思っています
== 旬の魚と手づくりおばんざい ==
お店の自慢は、旬の魚と毎日丁寧に仕込むおばんざいです。
まかないでは、自慢の魚料理やおばんざいを食べることもできますよ

店内は、落ち着いた空気感が漂う、静かで上質な空間づくりを目指しています。
お客様は落ち着いた方々が中心となる見込みなので、穏やかな雰囲気の中で働けます。
