【職務内容】
▽クレジット商品の組成・投融資業務
■農中信託銀行と協働しながら、オリジネーターへの証券化商品の提案、案件組成を行い、投資分析・判断、モニタリング等を行います。
■LBOデット投資については、案件ソーシング、投資分析・判断、モニタリングを行います。
■その他、国内外の新たな投資機会の発掘にも力を入れています。
■農中信託銀行では信託機能を活用したクレジット商品のアレンジメントやシンジケートローンのアレンジメント業務を行います。
▽クレジット商品等のディストリビューション業務
■国内の投資家を中心に、クレジット商品のディストリビューションを行います。国内クレジット市場の動向や投資家ニーズを理解し、アカウンタビリティを持ったディストリビューションに注力しています。
【キャリアパス】
■同部での投融資業務あるいはディストリビューション業務、農中信託銀行での案件組成やディストリビューション業務等に従事して頂きます。その後、本人の希望・適性を踏まえて、M&Aアドバイザリ業務、審査業務、海外拠点での投融資業務、関連子会社等での投資業務等(その他詳細は面談にてお伝えします)(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

【必須要件】
▽組成・投資業務
■ストラクチャー投資商品(プロダクトは問わない)のオリジネーション・アレンジメントや投資経験
■LBOデットのオリジネーション・アレンジメントや投資経験
■それに類する経験
▽ディストリビューション業務
■銀行や証券会社等での投資家向けディストリビューション業務経験やそれに類する経験
【歓迎要件】
■証券アナリスト、中小企業診断士、不動産証券化マスター
■英語力(英語圏での勤務経験、留学経験等あるとなお良い)
