BlackRock Aladdinを使用した債券ファンドのパフォーマンスリスク分析を含むレポート作成

Qualifications:

運用報告書若しくは販売用資料向けのマーケット運用コメント執筆経験優遇
英語力中級以上(主にReading, WritingだがSpeakingも含む)

Summary:
Neuberger Berman East Asia Limited is looking for a professional who has experience in Client Reporting. The position is the Vice President level
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the preparation, delivery, and retention of client reports related to the company's financial instruments business and associated activities.
- Supervise and develop team members, providing training and guidance as necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, as well as related data, for Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) accounts, pension funds, sub-advisory mandates, and proprietary investment trusts.
- Acquire required data, coordinate and negotiate with overseas offices, and manage data efficiently.
- Produce regulatory compliance reports (including those required under Basel regulations) and risk asset reports for FIEA-related clients.
- Act as a point of contact for client relationship management, responding to various client inquiries.
- Draft investment commentary (not limited to translation, but including original writing).
- Generate reports, including performance and risk analyses for fixed income funds, utilizing BlackRock Aladdin.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required or Expected Experience and Skills- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide and support team members through day-to-day work and serve as a point of consultation (for VP level)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; highly cooperative and willing to proactively provide backup support to colleagues
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to work
- Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies (including fixed income, equities, derivatives, etc.)
- Proficient PC skills, including experience with Excel VBA or similar tools
- Approximately five or more years of relevant experience at an asset management company
- Specialized experience in client reporting within an asset management company, management experience, or a strong desire to develop such a career within our organization
- Experience in drafting market or investment commentary for investment reports or marketing materials is preferred
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (mainly reading and writing, but including speaking)
- Experience with systems such as Aladdin, T-Star GX, GX-BIS, T-Star TX, BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, or My State Street
