Your Mission

The VP, GTM Sales is responsible for identifying cross-departmental issues that are of strategic importance for our organization, proposing, and aligning solutions, design, and managing implementation plans. The role will have an impact on projects in four main areas: Strategy (Short/Mid-term), Go-to-market, Operational and Organizational Improvements and Product Enablement for Japan market/customers' segment.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to help set the strategic direction for Japan.
  • Identify, propose, and lead opportunities for strategic growth initiatives to improve the company's position, revenue, image, internal processes, invest/cost efficiency, etc.
  • Contribute to and lead projects, including developing new product/services brand position, defining operational models, defining department and company strategies, defining performance metrics; building business plans and commercial models, with a cross-departmental metal model.
  • Design and implement with various reports driven by data and process-mechanism, yielding relevant strategic conclusions about the company's performance.
  • Develop analyses and propose recommendations across departments for achieving the Company's goals: revenue increase, user satisfaction improvement, improvement, deployment abilities, resource adjustment, cost optimization, etc.
  • Feedback and develop necessary improvement activities by collecting customer and partner feedback and necessary changes regarding the company's overall pricing strategy and structure as well as product functionality and quality.
  • Partner with the Executive team and senior leadership to help set the strategic direction for the company
  • What you'll bring to the team

  • More than 10 years of relevant experience.
  • More than 10 years of business experience in the enterprise market, partners, customers/industries. Experience in the software or consulting domain a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate overall strategy with global involvement and identify activity milestones and key business drivers that can be traced back to organizational functional requirements and goals.
  • Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively.
  • Ability to lead and develop senior leaders and other team members to drive activities and improvements for business growth.
  • Ability to understand the rationale for change and communicate sensitive information that has a broad impact on the organization at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in English.
