  • 各組織と連携してGTM計画を作成し, アクションを実行し, 所定の目標を達成するための進捗管理を行う。
  • セールスの全段階を通じてSalesforceツールを活用し、プロセスを管理する体制を構築する。
  • 事業目標, 営業組織の方向性, 市場浸透度, 過去の販売実績, 利用可能なリソースを考慮し, 各部署と協働して販売目標を実現するための戦略を作成する。
  • 適切な行動方針を決定するために, データを積極的に収集、分析する。
  • 営業本部長の業務をサポートする。
  • Required skills and qualifications

  • ヘルスケア/IVD市場における5年以上の営業経験
  • ビジネスチャンスを効果的に分析する能力
  • 優れたコミュニケーション, 対人, 組織能力
  • Salesforce や他のCRM プラットフォームの使用経験
  • ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできるスキル
  • 結果に対して責任を持ち、アクションを計画し, 実行し, 管理する能力
  • 英語力(ビジネスレベル)
  • Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is strongly plus
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales target
