保育園にて、
子育て支援員として保育士の補助・支援業務をお任せします。
主担任や保護者対応の中心を担うことはなく、
「子どもと丁寧に関わること」に専念できるお仕事です。
未経験・ブランクのある方も安心してご活躍いただけます
【具体的な業務内容】
1.子どもたちの日常生活サポート
- 食事の見守り・サポート
誤嚥に配慮しながら、
子どもたちが安心して食事できるよう見守ります。
- 排泄・身の回りのサポート
おむつ交換やトイレ誘導、
着替えなど日常生活の補助を行います。
- 午睡(お昼寝)時の見守り
職員と連携しながら、
安全確認や静かな環境づくりを行います。
- 清潔・生活習慣のサポート
手洗い・うがいの声かけ、
身の回りを清潔に保つお手伝いをします。
※医療的判断や主導的な保育業務は行いません。
2.遊び・活動のサポート
- 自由遊び・活動の見守り
絵本の読み聞かせ、お絵描き、歌、リズム遊びなど、
子どもたちが安心して遊べる環境を支えます。
- 行事・活動の補助
季節行事の準備や当日の補助、
片付けなどをチームで分担して行います。
- 子どもとのコミュニケーション
一人ひとりの気持ちに寄り添い、
安心感を与える関わりを大切にします。
3.環境整備・連携業務
- 保育室の清掃・玩具の消毒
- 職員との情報共有・連携サポート
【1日のスケジュール例】
07:00~ 順次登園、自由遊びの見守り
09:30~ おやつ・活動準備のサポート
11:00~ 給食の見守り・補助(別室で60分休憩)
12:30~ 午睡の見守り、環境整備
15:00~ おやつ、自由遊びの見守り
18:00~ 順次降園、掃除・片付け、終業

勤務時間詳細
総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間
7:00〜20:00の間での交代制(実働8時間)
※土曜出勤は月1回程度。平日に振替休日を取得いただきます 。

※現場状況により土曜出勤が発生した場合は、振替休日を取得、または休日出勤手当を支給
