Overview:
Our client is a global software provider to both mobile operators and enterprise customers. Their technology helps mobile operators and other subscription business model companies, with end-user management.
Their product portfolio covers Subscriber Management, Customer Experience & Personalization, Marketing Management, Revenue/Billing Management, Service & Network Automation and GenAI & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales across new and existing accounts.
Build trusted relationships with senior executives, acting as a strategic advisor on business and technology needs.
Develop and execute account plans that align client goals with tailored software and service solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful delivery of sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Collaborate cross-functionally to craft winning sales strategies and deliver differentiated value propositions.
Stay ahead of market trends, customer priorities, and competitive movements to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Deep expertise in telecom or revenue management software.
Proven success driving large deals with mobile operators and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Extensive experience selling into the big 4 MNOs.
Strong track record managing complex, full-cycle sales and building executive-level client relationships.
Fluent in both Japanese and English.
