仕事内容


弊社管理物件(コンビニ・スーパー等の商業施設や病院、介護施設等)の、

消防設備等の各種点検・メンテナンス・改修工事に関するカスタマーサポート業務をお願いします。

既存のお客様の対応のみなので、新規開拓、ノルマなし

【具体的には】

  • 報告書の確認業務

  • 各種報告書の確認作業

  • 協力会社の管理業務

  • 定期メンテナンスの予定の調整

(消防点検や衛生管理業務等)

  • 定期メンテナンスのアポイント調整

  • 点検が入る日程を決めるためのアポイントをとっていただきます

  • 既存顧客の管理業務

  • お客様からの問い合わせ対応など

  • 見積書の整合性の確認

  • 不良個所に対する修繕の見積など

消防設備に関する知識がある方はすぐに活躍いただけますよ

・経験不問

・Word・Excel基本操作(入力程度)

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 20日

勤務時間:9:30~18:30

※残業:月平均24時間

休日休暇


週休2日制(土・日)、祝日

基本は毎週土日祝休み

たまに休日出勤あり(休日出勤の場合は休日振替あり)

6ヶ月経過後の年次有給休暇日数10日

給与詳細


基本給:月給 25万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※上記、固定残業代40,000円(24時間分)を含みます。

通勤手当:実費支給(上限あり)月額 2万5000円
