グループコンプライアンス統括部は、法務コンプライアンス部やリスク管理部等によって構成される組織です。楽天グループの更なる成長と発展のために、グループの戦略検討・実行、経営基盤強化、競争力強化に向けた効果ようなガバナンス・コンプライアンス体制構築を担っています。
展開・サービスについて
CCO室は、 グループコンプライアンス統括部をリードする グループのCCO(チーフ・コンプライアンス・オフィサー)を支える組織として、 「グループコンプライアンス統括部の価値を最大化する」ことをミッションとしています。
法務コンプライアンス部やリスク管理部等によって構成される 統括部全体を俯瞰し、管理・取りまとめや組織の運営・強化に資する様々な業務に取り組んでいます。
具体的 な業務内容としては、 重要な会議への提案事項取りまとめ、統括部内部のコミュニケーション推進、予実管理(予算策定) などの統括部全体の取りまとめ業務(業務推進課)と、 統括部内の業務プロセスの改善支援や 個別の課題対応 (企画検討)を社内コンサル的に支援する業務(PJプロジェクト推進課) があります。
法務やGRC(ガバナンス・リスク・コンプライアンス)領域等でのスペシャリスト人材が多く集う当統括部において、CCO室ではジェネラリストとしての強みを発揮し、コスト削減や成果創出の加速化を実現することでミッションを果たしています。

CCO室としては、統括部全体のコスト削減や底上げ、及び個別の部署の業務改善支援や課題対応支援を行うことで、統括部及びグループ全体に貢献しています。
これらの機能を更に強化すべく、新たな仲間を探しています。多様な業務を通じてスキルを磨き、経営視点を養いながら組織全体の成功や楽天グループの"守り"機能の強化に貢献したいと考えるジェネラリスト志望の方をお待ちしています。
業務内容
CCOと統括部を支える組織として、 職域にとらわれない柔軟な姿勢で 経営企画総務や人事領域の様々な業務に取り組んでまいります。
具体的なアサインは適性・経験等に応じて決定しますが、現在は特に予実管理業務とプロジェクト推進業務にできる人を探しています。
<優先して取り掛かっていただきたい業務>
・予実管理業務:当統括部の予算消化状況に関する週次・月次でのレポーティング、及び仕組みそのものの改善。その他、年次の予算策定の取りまとめ等。
・企画検討支援業務(プロジェクト推進):当統括部内の他部署が抱える課題の検討支援や、複数の部署をまたがる課題のPMO。(テーマはグループガバナンスやコンプライアンスの強化に関連した、グループ全体に係るルールの設計・導入が中心)
→過去のプロジェクト例:(電子署名の導入、決裁権限ルールの刷新、インシデント報告基準の刷新等)、子会社情報管理のあるべき姿の検討、等
<その他の業務紹介>
・重要会議(経営会議、取締役会等)や他部署への提出物の取りまとめ
・グループリスク・コンプライアンス委員会の事務局
・統括部内部のコミュケーションイベントの企画、実行
・ AIの活用推進
・ QCC(Quality Control Circle: 品質管理サークル)を通じた業務改善活動の事務局
CCOをはじめとする経営層や他部署の部署長との距離が近く、自らの成長と会社の成長を実感できる環境です。

必須要件:
<スキル>
・ジェネラリスト志向:特定の分野に特化するのではなく、幅広い知識やスキルを持ち、総合的な視点でさまざまな状況に柔軟に対応できる方。
・問題解決能力:ファシリテーション、プロジェクトマネージメント、調査、分析、企画、プレゼンテーション、等のスキル
・コミュニケーション能力:楽天グループが持つ様々な事業のステークホルダー(グローバル経営層、各事業の経営層を含む)と効果的にコミュニケーションする力
・資料作成力:資料の内容検討と、その作成に必要なMSOffice(PowerPoint、Excel、Word)の操作
<経験業務・出身業界>
・プロジェクト業務の推進経験(仕組み作り、PMO、内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、等)2年以上

・ガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンス関連部署での経験: グローバル企業におけるガバナンス、リスク、コンプライアンス関連の企画・実務経験がある方。
