■組織のミッション

情報システム統括本部は、積極的なビジネスパートナとして、コンサルティングの提供、グローバルでITインフラ及びアプリケーションの導入と標準化及びDXの推進により、Astemoのビジネスに貢献しています。

配属となるインフラ・デジタルプラットフォーム統括部では、メール・O365・ネットワーク・AWSに基づくクラウドインフラストラクチャやMicrosoft PowerPlatformに基づく一般従業員向け各種アプリケーションなどのサービスを提供しています。

また、ITプラットフォームの標準化とクラウドシフトの推進を進め、IT技術のエキスパートグループとして業務を推進しています。

クラウドインフラ課では、クラウド環境の新しい技術を使った利用促進とサービス導入、構築後の維持・運用を支援いただきます。

ミッション/期待する役割・責任

クラウドインフラストラクチャを構築、維持、最適化することで、Astemoのビジネス運営の効率化と目標達成に貢献します。

職務概要(具体的な業務内容)

■具体的な業務例

・既存オンプレシステムの状況を確認し、クラウド環境へのリフト&シフトの可否判断と、実装の提案

・システム開発チームに対してのクラウド基盤提供準備作業

・クラウド固有技術の収集とソリューション提供

・各種クラウドベンダ提供技術の機能、トレンドの把握

・クラウド環境を使ったシステム開発チームへの技術的な洞察とガイダンスの提供

・クラウド利用初心者に向けたワークショップ開催、コンテンツの提供

■入社後すぐの業務

・まずはご経験に合わせて、可能な範囲からチーム内で定常化された業務を徐々に引き継いでいただきます。

入社3~5か月程度でAWS等の技術的内容や問い合わせを含め、業務部門からの相談などを受けた上での、システム提案・改善などを進められるようになっていただくことを期待しています。

■入社6か月~1年以降

業務に慣れてきましたら、報告書の作成、システム提案・改善に伴うプレゼン資料の作成、上司や業務部門に提出するデータやレポートのまとめを担っていただきます。数年後にはプロジェクトリーダーとして全体の進捗管理などもお任せしたいと考えています。

必須条件・歓迎条件

必須条件

クラウド環境(AWS、OCI)に関する知識、グローバル対応に向けた英語能力(TOEICスコア600程度)及び、下記いずれかのご経験やスキルをお持ちの方:

・(オンプレ・クラウド問わず)サーバ導入における企画、開発、運用保守 いずれかの経験(目安:3年以上)

・Windows OS、Linux OS、IPネットワークなどのサーバリソース、ネットワークリソース技術に関係する一般知識

・技術情報調査、理解に支障のないレベルの英語力

・日本語能力検定N1 (主言語が日本語でない方)

・開発チームマネジメントのために必要なコミュニケーション能力、文章作成能力を有すること

歓迎条件

・AWS認定ソリューションアーキテクト–アソシエイトもしくは同程度の資格取得

・クラウドを主体としたデータセンタサービスの企画・導入・構築・運営・運用保守経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント、ベンダコントロールの業務経験

・プロジェクトの並行従事・管理経験
