For this position, we are seeking consultants who can support manufacturing clients by leading a wide range of AI-related projects, from proposal development through execution.
You will be responsible for serving leading Japanese national clients as well as global clients.
Study advanced solutions in Japan and overseas, and collaborate with solution sales teams and other roles to propose optimal solutions to address client challenges
Lead and manage large-scale application development projects
Propose, develop, and implement systems leveraging state-of-the-art cloud technologies
Deliver solution proposals utilizing cutting-edge IT technologies
Lead and manage development projects that require rapid implementation on cloud platforms, such as new business initiatives
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Experience designing and implementing AI, generative AI, or AI agent–based solutions to solve business problems and support operations
Experience delivering AI-driven transformation projects in consulting firms, SIers, IT vendors, or enterprise IT organizations
Experience planning and delivering enterprise solutions integrated with core systems (e.g., PLM, MES, SCM, CRM, SAP, Oracle)
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical designs
Experience managing projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Familiarity with cloud-based, AI-enabled system architectures and data platforms
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
AI-Centric Industry Insight Strong understanding of industry trends, markets, and key players from an AI and data-driven perspective, with the ability to apply industry reference models to client solutions.
IBM Portfolio Expertise with an AI Focus Experience leveraging IBM's portfolio, including ISVs and IBM solution areas, to design and develop AI-centered client solutions.
Domain-Driven Design Expertise for AI Solutions Certification in or hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), with the ability to apply DDD principles to AI and AI agent–enabled solutions, driving business transformation and growth.
