仕事内容

当社では、ファッションをはじめとして、インテリア、生活雑貨、手芸品など多岐にわたる商品やサービスをお客さまに提供していますが、事業で重視しているのは独創性です。

この独創性を育み、護り、活かすために求められるのが知的財産であり、商品企画部門と連携しながら、以下の業務を行います。

・商標権、その他知的財産のクリアランス調査

・商標登録出願、その他産業財産権の権利化手続

・知財紛争の解決

・上記に係る弁理士や弁護士との連携業務

・ネーミングやロゴ、商品デザイン、発明等に関する商品企画部門からの相談への対応

・国内外の模倣品対策(税関、ECサイト運営者等との連携)

・当社所有知的財産権の管理業務

・従業員に対する知的財産リテラシー教育等の実施

上記の業務に関して、既存のメンバーと共に、分担して業務を担っていただける方を募集しています。

給与

・月給:24.5万円〜

※経験やスキルを考慮し当社規程により決定いたします。

モデル給与

■30代 主任

理論年収4,544,000円~5,164,000円

(月給287,000円~322,000円)

■30代~40代 係長・課長代理

理論年収5,512,000円~6,746,000円

(月給338,500円~420,500円)

※上記モデル給与は時間外勤務・休日出勤割増手当額を含みません

※上記モデル給与の他に交通費などの手当が加算されます

・大学/短大/専門学校卒以上

・下記フルタイム勤務で勤務地での就業が可能な方

【必須経験】

・現在知財部門にご所属か否かを問わず、企業内の知財業務のご経験、又は特許事務所での業務経験をお持ちの方

【必須マインド】

・知的財産の創造から活用までに興味があると同時に、隣接する他領域にもポジティブな関心・マインドをお持ちの方

・2級知的財産管理技能士相当の知財に関する法制度や実務に関して知識があり、特に商標法及び意匠法、並びに不正競争防止法及び著作権法に知見を有する方

・法的な当否の判断だけではなく、課題解決を積極的に検討・立案して提案し、「一緒に事業を実現しよう」というマインドをお持ちの方

当社はファッション性のある商品が多いことから、ブランドやデザインの保護が求められる場面が多くあります。

また、他社の知的財産を尊重してクリアランス調査も多くあり、上記の関連法域に関して知見を有する方を歓迎します。
