人事マネージャー候補【制度改定~運用をお任せ/住友商事Gの安定基盤/グローバルに事業を展開

【仕事内容】

人事制度や就業規則の管理等、上流の業務からマネジメントまで幅広くお任せします。

採用や労務の実務はメンバーが行っているため発生しません。

今後の方針として、親会社に頼ることなく、管理職をプロパーの社員中ていこうという方針ですので、

キャリアアップの機会が豊富にあります。

<制度企画・運営>

等級・評価・報酬制度の企画/改定/運用サイクルの統括

人事戦略立案・推進(配置・組織開発・人材ポートフォリオ管理)、制度効果検証

経営層への制度提案、全社浸透プロジェクト推進

メンバーの育成・マネジメント

<労務管理・給与>

給与計算プロセスの管理(実務は担当者/外部委託あり)

勤怠管理、労働時間モニタリング

就業規則等の法改正対応、社労士との連携

安全衛生・メンタルヘルス等産業保健業務との連携

労務データ分析(残業、休暇取得、異動データ等)

【年収・給与】

年収:1000~1100 万円月給制基本給:600000円残業代:残業代支給対象外※管理監督者としての雇用のため、残業代支給対象外変動手当:住宅手当※管理職として採用の場合は、残業手当の支給はありません。(内定通知時にご説明します)通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし)賞与:あり 年2回昇給:あり 年1回

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制 1日の標準労働時間:7時間15分 休憩時間:1時間 月平均残業時間:20時間~40時間※9:30~17:45の時間帯で勤務する社員が多いです。
