仕事内容:

未経験から営業のプロへ 充実の研修とサポート体制

TTCホールディングス株式会社の出向先である株式会社Nex-Tにて、関西エリアの大型商業施設やスーパー、駅構内などでスマートフォンや通信サービスの提案・イベント運営を担当していただきます。未経験・第二新卒の方も大歓迎 研修やOJT、定期面談など、安心して成長できる環境が整っています。

【主な業務内容】

・イベント前半はチームで協力しながら集客活動(ビラ配りやお声がけ)

・お客様のご相談対応やヒアリング(通信環境や料金、ご要望など)

・最適なサービスやプランのご提案、ご成約まで一貫して担当

・チームでのイベント運営なので協力し合いながら進められます

給与:

【給与詳細】

・月給:208,500円~230,000円

・固定残業代:6,500円(4時間相当分)

・イベント営業手当:25,000円/月

・時間超過分は追加支給

賞与・昇給

・賞与:年2回(夏・冬)※昨年度実績:月給2ヶ月分

・定期昇給:5,000円/月(最大3年間、上限230,000円まで)
