This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You Have:
3+ years of experience using python for software development and automation technique
2+ years of experience with developing, enhancing, and sustaining project management information systems in a professional work environment
2+ years of experience in system testing, validation, verification, and user acceptance support
Experience with writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
Experience with requirements gathering, system configuration, and translating business needs into technical solutions in a professional work environment
Experience with working in relational databases, data management practices, and system development lifecycle processes
Ability to refine development requirements, manage competing priorities, and maintain a development roadmap
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Experience with Java, Python, C#, C, C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
Experience working with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
Experience supporting enterprise-level project, portfolio, or resource management systems
Experience delivering end-user training and supporting organizational change initiatives
Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
Possession of strong communication skills to deliver technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
