商業施設の新築や改装の内装監理を担っていただきます。

・施工監理もしくは施工管理の経験をお持ちの方

・以下いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

一級建築士

一級施工管理技士

監理技術者

【尚可】

・商業空間の設計会社や施工会社にて勤務経験がある方

【給与】

年収:700万~888万程度

月給制:月額470000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:有(年2回)

昇給:年1回

都営三田線「内幸町」駅 徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

始業9時30分、終業17時30分を基本とし、労働者の決定に委ねる ※7時間勤務したものとみなす
