仕事内容


ご高齢者宅へのお食事の配達業務を中心に、店舗運営全般をお任せします。

【具体的には・・・】

  • 三輪原付きバイクでの配達

・配達エリアは足立区内のみです。

・固定ルートのため、一度覚えてしまえば道に迷う心配もありません。

・毎日お届けするお客様も多く、必要とされたり、頼りにされたり、感謝されたり、本当にやりがいのあるお仕事です

  • 調理補助(盛付・食器洗浄)
  • 営業活動

・介護事業所等へ定期訪問し、配食サービスの提案

  • 簡単な事務作業

  • 将来的には、店長として店舗運営全般をお任せしたいと考えています。

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり45時間

勤務時間 A:7:00~17:00(休憩60分)

B:9:00~17:00(休憩60分)

シフトにより、A・Bの勤務時間があります。基本的には曜日固定。

休日休暇


週休2日

年始休暇(1/1~1/3)

夏季休暇は有給休暇を充てています。(3日間は計画的付与)

※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 25万9000円 〜 33万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり4万1000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり500円 〜
