技術 × 提案力で、お客様の快適な空間をつくる仕事です。

  • 仕事内容

オフィス・病院・学校・商業施設など、

法人顧客に向けて、空調・給排水設備を中心とした【企画提案~見積~現場フォロー】をお任せします。

単なる営業ではなく、

お客様の課題をヒアリングし、最適な設備・仕組みを提案する【技術営業職】です。

  • 主な業務内容

・既存顧客への設備提案および現場調査

・見積書・提案書の作成(積算業務を含む)

・社内技術部との打ち合わせ、スケジュール調整

・現場会議への参加(進捗・安全面の確認)

・協力会社との調整・フォロー対応

※新規開拓よりも、既存顧客との信頼関係構築が中心です。

※法人対応のため、無理な営業やノルマはありません。

8:30 出社・朝礼(スケジュール共有)

9:00 お客様先を訪問・現場確認

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 提案書・見積作成または現場打ち合わせ

15:00 社内ミーティング・技術部との調整

17:30 退勤(残業は月平均15時間以内)

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり
