【仕事内容】
SOMPOひまわり生命の基幹系システム(サーバー系、ホスト系ともにあり)の保守・開発業務の担当となります。
そのため、ユーザーやチームメンバー、ビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーションが重要になってきます。
【具体的には】
業務システム(事故受付管理システム、顧客・契約管理システムなど)の開発・保守業務を担当いただきます。 ビジネス部門と要件の調整から本番リリース、保守運用に至るまでの全工程をパートナー会社と協業で担当していただきます。 同社の主な担当範囲は、案件対応管理、システム化要件定義とシステムテストでシステム対応の品質の要となる工程が中心で、設計から結合テストはパートナー会社に担っていただいています。

└SOMPOダイレクト損害保険株式会社に常駐し、同社の保険募集システムや業務システム(契約管理システム、顧客管理システム、お客さま対応管理システム、事故対応管理システムなど)の開発・保守を担っています。

・要件定義フェーズからシステム開発に携わった経験
・アプリケーションの開発・保守経験のある方
・3人以上の開発チームのマネジメント経験のある方

【給与】
630万円〜770万円
月給制 基本給294075円〜
上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として94560円以上)支給。企画業務型裁量労働制により1日9時間働いたものとみなされます。
