企画営業職※業界経験不問【未来の「街」を創る設計事務所/リモート可/フレックス/年休127日/東京】
【仕事内容】
都市計画(まちづくり)のコンサルティングに強みを持つ大手設計事務所の同社にて、企画営業職の募集です。
年間休日127日に加えフレックスを導入しており、ワークライフバランスも充実しております。
商業施設、オフィスビル、集合住宅、スポーツ施設、文化・コミュニティ施設、教育施設、医療施設、福祉施設、宿泊施設など、都市をカタチづくる幅広いジャンルの建築物を手がけている同社。
あなたには企画営業担当として、新たな「まち」をつくる立役者としてご活躍いただきます。
- 継続的にお取引のあるお客様への営業が中心です。
大手デベロッパーやリテイラーなどの民間の企業様への対応をお任せします。継続的にお取引のあるお客様からの依頼への対応や、新たな依頼をいただくための定期的な訪問やフォロー、ニーズのヒアリングなどを行ないます。
- イメージを具現化し、提案します。
「どんな土地にどんな建物を建てたいのか」といったニーズを聞き、イメージを固めていきます。その後、設計スタッフと打ち合わせを行ない、完成イメージを作成。プレゼンを行ない、GOサインが出たら受注となります。プロジェクトの規模は、数億円~数百億円規模のものまでさまざまです。
- 定期的なフォローが、次の仕事につながります。
受注後は自社の設計監理本部にその後の業務を引き渡します。定期的に建設中の現場へ出向き、総合定例などに出席して、お客様のニーズに応えているのかを確認することも企画営業担当の大事な仕事です。1つの工事に携わる期間は、半年~数年かかるものまであります。
会社のシステムとしての教育制度と併せて、入社後1年間は先輩に同行しながら仕事を覚えていただきます。
先輩の背中を見て、INAを理解して、設計事務所の営業の理解を深めてもらいます。
お客様の顔を覚えて、お客様から顔を覚えてもらうことがまず第一歩です。

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)
【年収・給与】
年収:510万円~730万円(例:28歳~35歳)月収:28万円~40万円(例:28歳~35歳)※上記はあくまで参考例です。同社規定により年齢、経験を考慮の上決定します。残業手当:有(残業時間に応じて別途支給)※平均残業時間:20時間昇給年1回(1月)賞与年2回(6月・12月、2025年4月より通期5か月分) ※10期連続で期末臨時賞与を支給しています。(直近3期は3カ月分)
