仕事内容


社内SE(アプリ)【半導体事業の情報システム企画・構築/フレックス・リモート】(グループ企業出向)

【仕事内容】

  • ソニーの半導体事業会社「ソニーセミコンダクタソリューションズ(略称:SSS)」における社内SEとして、

幅広い視野で社内システムの企画・構築を行います。

SSSグループはイメージセンサー・LSIの開発から生産まで複数会社でグローバルに展開しており、

その中心となるSSSにてグループ全体のシステムをガバナンスしていきます。

【業務内容】:・社内及び社外向け業務アプリケーションの企画・構想を含むプロジェクト推進リード

・開発プロジェクトのPL/PMO 業務、社内外ステークフォルダとの調整

・業務システム開発業務リード(業務アプリケーション要求開発、設計~導入)

上記等の業務より、ご本人の適性を勘案しながらご担当を決定します。

【組織】 :グローバルに展開するソニーの半導体ビジネスにおけるシステム構築の中心となる部署であり、

各種事業部と連携しビジネスの発展を支える重要な役割を担っています。

メンバーは10名程度で40歳前後のメンバーが多く、風通しの良い職場です。

自分のペースで働きやすく、育児休暇も取りやすい環境です。

【想定案件】:・社内及び社外向け情報システムプロジェクトにおけるリーダー

・各種システムの設計・開発・運用業務におけるリーダー

※いずれのポジションも、ソニーグループ各社や業務委託会社等の複数メンバーからなるチームと連携しながら

チーム毎に事業所出社(週3目途)/在宅(週2目途)で業務を進めていきます。(規模はプロジェクト案件に依存します)

【年収・給与】

500万円~1200万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
