仕事内容
IT戦略企画(半導体事業)【ソニー半導体事業の未来を描くIT企画ポジション(グループ企業出向)】
【仕事内容】
- ソニーの半導体事業会社「ソニーセミコンダクタソリューションズ(略称:SSS)」の一員として、
ビジネス部署(各事業部・部門)とコミュニケーションを取りながら、IT企画検討を担っていただきます。
具体的には、SSSグループのIT中期計画と事業計画の取りまとめ、ソニー半導体EAの計画立案、IT人材戦略、パートナー戦略などを、
アプリ、インフラ等のIT担当チームと連携しながら立案していく立場です。
【業務内容】:・計画策定(SSSグループのIT中期計画/年次計画の取りまとめ)
・組織運営(各種KPI管理、状況可視化など)
・ITガバナンス(半導体圏におけるITガバナンスの企画立案と推進)
【組織】 :配属予定のチームは、6~7人で活動しています。周りの課のITメンバーとの日常的な会話はもちろん、
SGCのコーポレートIT部門とも連携を取りながら活動しています。
メンバーは皆、気さくで馴染みやすいタイプなので、配属初期の相談もし易いし環境だと思います。
育児をしながら働いているメンバーもおり、比較的勤務時間もコントロールしやすい職場だと思います。
【想定案件】:リーダー/上級担当者としてご入社いただく想定です。
課長の下で仲間と連携しながら業務にあたっていただきます。
勤務地はオフィスまたは在宅となります。チーム毎にオフィス出社(週3目途)/在宅(週2目途)で業務を進めていきます。
