募集背景


長期経営構想キリングループ・ビジョン2027において「価値創造を加速するICT」を掲げデジタルを重要な成長ドライバーに位置付けています。近年の生成AIをはじめとしたデジタル技術の急速な進化とお客様の生活や行動の変化を踏まえて、当社のデジタル技術を活用した価値創造をさらに加速させるために、「KDV2035」を策定しました。今回募集するAI・データ利活用推進GrはKDVの中で中核を担う、AI及びデータ活用のグループ内でのリードを期待される組織です。

デジタル化案件が既存の"BtoC領域"から他領域に拡大していることをうけ、今後キリングループにおいてデータ利活用による生産性向上や価値創造の推進、グループ内でのデータガバナンス/マネジメントの展開拡大やデータ活用基盤等の整備を見据えております。その為、データ活用基盤やデータガバナンス/マネジメントを軸にし、ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ意思決定や社内プロジェクトの推進などのスキルセットを保持した人財を獲得したい背景です。

AI・データ利活用推進グループは25年10月に発足した新しい部署の為自由度が高く、また部署内にAI利活用を推進するチームもある為、キリングループ内の様々なデータとAIの技術を掛け合わせ、キリングループ内の生産性向上や価値創造へ価値提供へのチャレンジが可能です。

担当する業務内容


入社後はキリングループのデータ利活用を推進するデータガバナンス組織として、ルールの浸透や活用基盤の整備に関連する業務を担当頂きます。

・データ利活用戦略の策定業務

・キリングループのデータガバナンス、データマネジメントに関するルール策定・ガバナンスの遂行

・データ活用基盤の開発・運用・保守

・事業会社や各開発案件におけるデータ活用に関する支援

担当する工程


案件とご経験に応じて、上流から下流まで幅広く対応いただけます。

企画構想、PoC支援、要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、運用、保守

働き方について


ハイブリット勤務(出社/在宅)

毎週木曜日出社日、それ以外は対面打ち合わせなど必要に応じて出社

固定出社日以外はリモート可能。家庭の事情等柔軟に在宅、出社を選択可能。

ZXYなどシェアオフィスを会社の制度として利用可能。

※入社初期はチームビルドやOJTを含め出社頻度が高くなる想定です。

また、ご担当する案件で必要とされるコミュニケーションにより出社頻度や曜日が変わる可能性があります。

募集要件


【必須(MUST)】

・データ活用基盤の構築、運用経験。(マネジメント、もしくは開発/運用メンバ参画、実業務3年程度以上)

もしくは

データマネジメント、ガバナンス策定に関する経験。(マネジメント、もしくはメンバ参画、実業務3年程度以上)

・DMBOKの知識領域に関する知識を有していること。

【歓迎(WANT)】

・MDM(マスタ データ マネジメント)やTDM(トランザクション データ マネジメント)に関するルール策定、構築の経験

・事業会社のビジネスに興味を持ち、ビジネスとデータを紐づけて語ることができる

・一連のプロダクトライフサイクルに一貫して関与した実務経験(企画・要件整理・設計・開発・リリース・改善・運用まで)

・新規開発プロジェクトへの参画経験 (PO/PM/PL等のリード経験があれば尚可)

【技術キーワード】

データ活用基盤(例):Databricks、MS-Fabric、Snowflake 等

技術要素:Python、SQL、ETLツール、クラウドのデータサービス

IaaS:Azure、AWS

標準労働時間 9:00~17:30(7.5H)休憩60分
フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
