仕事概要


【募集背景・業務内容】 デジタル庁では、デジタル社会の実現に向け、制度・業務・システムの三位一体の取り組みを推進しシステムの効率化を図るべく、組織体制を今後1,500人体制に拡大していくにあたり、専門人材リソースマネジメントにおけるバックオフィスの組織体制強化を図ってまいります。デジタル庁では、各プロジェクトを推進している事業グループと専門人材が所属するユニットとしての機能グループが協議の上、専門人材の人材配置、採用計画立案、人件費管理を行っております。人材リソースマネジメント担当として、プロジェクトの状況を確認し、各事業における幹部行政官と専門人材マネジメント責任者との連携強化を図りながら、必要となるスキルや人員の見極めと適材適所の人員アサイン支援、非常勤人件費要求・管理の役割を担います。 具体的な業務は以下の通りです。ご経験によりお任せする業務範囲を調整いたします。 ・各プロジェクトへの人員配置の検討・調整、および採用計画の立案支援 ・非常勤職員の人件費要求に係る計画策定、関係部署との調整・折衝 ・非常勤職員の人件費の管理実務、予実・進捗管理の仕組みの構築 ・人員配置、人件費管理に関する課題の整理・分析、情報の可視化 ・関係者との情報連携をはじめとしたコミュニケーションデザイン ・その他、行政運営の遂行に必要な業務、体制構築 【採用予定人数】 1名 【募集期間】 令和8年3月31日まで ※定員に達した場合、期間内であっても公募を終了する予定です。 ※応募の状況により延長する場合がございます。 【選考プロセス】 書類選考の後、2〜3回程度の面接を予定しております。 通常、ご応募いただいてから内定まで4週間~6週間ほどかかります。 ただし応募者多数の場合は、面接調整の都合上、日程が延びる可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。 ※書類選考の結果については2週間以内に御連絡させていただきます。

必須スキル


・人事、経営企画・経営管理、事業部等のいずれかでの採用業務(採用進捗管理を含む)又は人員計画立案、人件費の予実管理経験5年以上 ・経営幹部層をステークホルダーとした会議体の企画運営推進経験 ・稼働率、人件費等の数的データ作成経験 ・幅広いステークホルダーとの調整を自ら遂行し、粘り強く合意形成できる高いコミュニケーション能力、プロジェクトマネジメント能力

応募概要


給与

想定年収:700万~1,620万円 ※一般職の職員の給与に関する法律(昭和25年法律第95号)に基づき、職務経験や職務内容等を勘案し、常勤職員との権衡を考慮して給与決定します。 ※ 想定年収は、賞与(年2回)を含む、週5日フルタイム勤務の場合の理論値となります。

勤務体系

【勤務日数等】 稼働日数:週3日~週5日 ※(上長の合意のもと)ご担当いただくプロジェクトの進行に支障のない範囲でリモートワークを実施いただくことが可能です。 <デジタル庁中途採用ページ(採用に関するよくある質問)> 【休日】 土曜日、日曜日、祝日、年末年始(12月29日~1月3日) ※年次有給休暇は、7ヶ月目から次の1年間分として付与されます(例えば、1週間当たり5日契約で、全勤務日の8割以上勤務した場合、10日間分付与)。 【任期】 任期:年度更新 ※入庁時の任期は年度末迄(最大1年)です。年度末に勤務実績考慮の上、双方合意に基づき、更新(年度毎の再採用)を行います。 【試用期間】 試用期間:1か月 ※週4日以上勤務の場合に限る 【留意事項】 応募者が民間企業などとの兼業を予定している場合、原則として、採用された任期中に応募者が仕様書作成など直接関与することとなったプロジェクトに関連する調達案件への入札に関し、兼業で所属している事業者等の参加が制限されます。 【その他】 採用者にあっては国家公務員法の適用を受けます。
