【業務内容】

ERP、CRM、SCM、POS、EC/Web等の様々なデータを統合、加工し、

AI活用を見据えたデータ基盤(データレイク/データウェアハウス)の導入・構築を通じて、

お客様のデータドリブン経営を支援していただきます。

【具体的には】

  • データソース整理、データ連携設計、データレイク/ウェアハウス設計等のデータ基盤構築に向けた要件整理・設計
  • データ連携・統合、データモデリング、パイプライン開発等のデータ基盤実装
  • データ分析、AIモデル開発・運用支援、データ活用推進等のAI・データ活用

  • SalesforceやERPを含む複数のシステム間のデータ連携・統合プロジェクト参画経験(3年以上)
  • 加えて以下、1~3のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方(1年以上)

1.Snowflake、Databricks、Google Cloud Data Cloud、Salesforce DataCloudなどのモダンなデータウェアハウスやデータレイクの構築・運用経験

2.データモデリング・統計の基礎知識

3.PaaS(DataCloudやPowerCenterなど)を含むデータ連携・統合ツールの導入・運用経験

年俸制450万円~800万円

月収375,000円~666,667円

※経験により考慮いたします

※上記年俸額を12で割った金額が月額支給金額となります。

※上記年俸金額の中に月30時間分の残業代(75,000円~133,333円/月)が含まれています

(月30時間を越える時間外労働を行った場合は、時間外勤務手当を追加で全額支給します)

※年間全社業績目標を超えた場合は決算賞与の支給あり

※試用期間3ヵ月(同額支給)
