*求人原稿の作成および効果検証(データ分析・改善)*をお任せします。

掲載後の反響データをもとに改善を重ね、

応募につながる原稿づくりを担うポジションです。

【具体的な業務内容】

・原稿作成・修正

Excelフォーマットを使用した入力作業や、

求人広告の作成・文言修正対応

・効果検証・データ分析

検索されやすいキーワードの分析や、

応募率向上に向けた改善施策の立案

・追加ヒアリング対応

1日10~20件程度のお電話を通じて、

掲載内容をより充実させるためのヒアリング・提案

・審査・公開対応

作成した原稿が掲載ルール・規定に沿っているかを確認し、

問題がなければサイトへ公開

・ 顧客コミュニケーション経験2年以上(必須)

給与:

・ 想定年収:301万円~400万円

・ 月収:242,000円~321,000円

・ 昇降給:年2回(4月・10月)

・ 通勤交通費支給(上限35,000円/月)
