<研修からプロのエンジニアへ>

STEP1 Zoomなどによるリモート研修及び

自社での研修にて、同期と一緒に集合研修を実施。

ビジネスマナーなど社会人としての基本から、

用語の意味、プログラミングやデータベースなど

エンジニアとしての基礎知識を学びます。

研修以外に個別課題もご用意、さらに理解を

深めることが出来ます。

STEP2 実務形式の研修で実務ができるあなたに成長

学んだ知識を実習で復習し、

実務に必要なスキルを身につけていきます。

実習となる演習は、学んだ知識以外に

実務として必要となることも同時に学んで頂き、

実務に直結して生かして頂けるようになっています。

STEP3 スキルが身に付いたらステップアップ

スキルが身に付いたら業務で行う内容もステップアップします。

必要なスキルは研修で学んでいるので、難なくこなせるものばかりです。

実務経験を積み重ね、さらにステップアップしていけます
