主な業務内容
- リサーチプロジェクト全体の進行管理(シンプルなものから複雑なものまで)。ミスの
- ない、正確な業務遂行を行う。質の高いアンケートやレポート、テンプレートを作成し、納品前に
- はしっかりと品質確認を実施。クライアント向けのレポート作成において、データを基にした具体的な提案やインサイトをまとめ、必
- 要に応じて上司と確認を取る。クライアントへのプレゼンテーションで、自信を持って結果を
- 報告し、質問にも適切に対応。クライアントや社内チームと連携し、積極的かつ丁寧
- なコミュニケーションを行う。プロジェクトで発生する課題やトラブルに柔軟に対応し、迅速に解決へ導く。
求めるスキル・経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、および業務上使用可能な英語力(必須)
- チームマネジメントまたはジュニアマネジメントの経験がある方、歓迎
- 5年以上の顧客向け市場調査業務の経験
- 基本的な市場調査の手法に理解があり、興味・意欲を持って取り組める方。
- MS Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)を問題なく使えるスキル。
- クライアントとの明確で分かりやすいコミュニケーションスキル(口頭・書面)。
- データの取り扱いに強く、細かい部分まで丁寧に確認できる方。
- 自立して仕事ができる一方で、チームでの協力も大切にできる方

Introduction
In this role, you will establish professional servicing of our renowned full-service research protocols for Japanese brands—methodologies trusted by leading global brands for years. You'll work alongside a well-established support team and collaborate with researchers across the region to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of research projects with precision and professionalism, ensuring error-free execution of both simple and complex projects with minimal supervision.
- Develop high-quality questionnaires, reports, and templates while performing thorough quality checks on deliverables.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for client reports, securing alignment with more senior team members/sales directors when required.
- Confidently participate in client presentations, clearly articulating findings and addressing queries with poise.
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with both clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating cultural awareness and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot challenges effectively, ensuring that even complex project issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Skills & Requiremen
ts
- Native-level Japanese language skills; fluency in English as a working language. (This is a must)
- Experience in team management or junior management is preferred.
- Min 5 years of professional experience in market research as a client facing market researcher role.
- Good understanding of basic market research techniques.
- Confident use of MS Office features (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Clear and confident verbal and written client communication, strong communication style.
- Strong attention to detail & highly data literate.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
