役割の説明:
Corporate Enablementは組織・Role横断で行う全社的なEnablementを推進していく役割を担っています。中長期の組織開発・人材育成に加えて、ビジネスインパクトを最大化させるため仕組みづくりやEnablementプログラムの推進を行う部門です。
その中で、CoE (Center of Excellence)チームは、Globalや日本の経営陣の方針・戦略とアラインし、
主に3つの領域(①Global Program, ② Learning Platform, ③Tech & Ops) をドライブ
をしていきます。
①Global Program:
グローバルのExecutivesやキーパーソンと連携して、タイムリーにGlobalの方針や施策を日本向けに展開します。その際、日本の経営陣や現場、そのほかのステークホルダーと合意を取り付けながら、日本のビジネスに合わせて内容や実施方法をカスタマイズ/ローカライズを行い、効果の最大化を目指します。
②Learning Platform:
新たな技術動向や製品機能をふまえてLearning Platformを進化させ社内での活用を促進します。また、Learning Platform上で社内の実践知を蓄積・循環させるための施策の企画・展開・効果測定を行います。
③Tech & Ops:
Data Driven Enablementの実現に向けて、Business Results, Activities, Enablement Data等の幅広いデータを横断的に分析し示唆を抽出することで、より効果的なEnablement施策の立案・実行を支援します。また、勉強会等のEnablement施策におけるオペレーションの支援やプロセスの効率化を推進することで生産性の向上に寄与します。
当Positionは上記3つの領域を担うチームをPeople Managerとしてリードいただきます。
主な責任:
- Localization: このポジションでは、Globalの新しい動向や会社の方針、現場のニーズに対して高いアンテナを持ち、スピーディに日本に最適化した形でLocalizeしていく実行力が求められます。なお、日常的にGlobal チームと連携していくため、英語でのミーティングや交渉も負担なくできることが求められます。
- Stakeholder Management: グローバル/ローカルのエグゼクティブや現場リーダー、多様な関係部門を巻き込みながら落とし所を見つけていくコミュニケーション力と交渉力が求められます。
- Project Management: 複数のプロジェクトを同時並行で回しつつ、各プロジェクトの方向性を決定し、全体スケジュールを踏まえたプロジェクトの設計、実行支援、リスクマネジメント、クオリティコントロールを行います。
- Event Management: 関係部門やベンダーと連携しながら全社的なイベントの企画・実行をリードします。
- Learning Strategy Planning: 新しい技術や自社製品を活用してLearning Strategyを立案し、Platformへの実装方法を検討・検証し、実現に向けてドライブします。 また、社内の実践知の蓄積・循環・活用を促進するための仕組みや仕掛けを企画・検討し、Learning Platformの活用を促進させます。
- Operation Excellence: Enablementに関わるチーム内外のオペレーションの最適化を図り、生産性向上に向けたプロセス改善を行います。

必要な経験・スキル:
経験
人材マネジメント領域での経験3年以上
- もしくは社内外の大規模プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- グローバル施策のローカライズ(翻訳ではなくローカルに最適化して展開)の経験
- グローバルプロジェクトでチェンジマネジメント経験あればなおよし
- ピープルマネージャー経験優遇
- 大規模イベントのイベントマネージャーの経験あればなおよし
Salesforceのシステム構築・運用の経験あればなおよし
スキル
既存の型がないところで、一から企画やコンテンツを考え形にするプランニングスキル
- データに基づいて示唆を抽出し、ロジカルに課題を特定するスキル
- 自分の経験のない領域においても情報を収集し迅速に判断をして推進をしていく実行力
- エグゼクティブを含む多様な関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを行い、コラボレーションするスキル
- 大型プロジェクトも回せるプロジェクト管理とPDCAサイクル実行スキル
- 変化し続ける状況に柔軟に対応して調整していく対応力
- 交渉ができるレベルの英語力
