仕事内容:

|お仕事内容|

・会計ソフトへの仕訳入力(JDL、弥生会計、マネーフォワード)

・振込業務

・資料整理・スキャン作業

・電話・来客対応(やさしく丁寧な対応ができればOK)

◆経理代行パートスタッフ 1日のながれ

└1日中外出だったり、在宅勤務の日もあったり色々な働き方ができます◎

8:45出社

8:50朝礼

9:10外出

→お客様のもとへ訪問。お客様先で作業をすることもあります。

12:00昼食

→外出から戻ってからランチ

13:00事務作業

→会計データ入力/振込作業/請求書の発行/電話対応など

※時には広報の打合せ、お客様へのお茶出しなど

17:00退社

■充実した社内イベントそのワケは?

・社内BBQや花火鑑賞会など、社内イベントが充実。その多くは、家族や友人も招待OK社員のお子さんも多く参加してくれます。

・その一例を紹介すると「昭和記念公園花火大会」鑑賞会。屋上から見る景色はまさに特等席迫力満点の花火です普段働いている職場を子供たちに見てもらえる機会でもあり、大石会計で大切にしているイベントです。

・「サンタさんからのプレゼント?」こちらも毎年の恒例行事。この時だけは所長がサンタさんに大変身。社員の子供たちに素敵なプレゼントを届けてくれるんですよ。

<必須>簿記の知識があればOK(3級程度)

・業界未経験OK

・会計事務所勤務の経験があれば尚歓迎
