Engage deeply with customers to understand their complex technical needs and challenges and ensure that solutions meet their requirements and accelerate pipeline.
Be an expert on DevSecOps / Platform engineeringLead end-to-end conversations and initiatives about Developer Productivity and modern software development practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps, Al assisted Software Development, Cloud Development Environments and Platforms Engineering
Influence Microsoft's and GitHub's go-to-market and product strategies and roadmaps by documenting and sharing insights to sales, marketing, and engineering stakeholders on current and future product requirements, sales blockers and customer feedback
Advising C-Suite in Customers:
Develop and maintain a robust relationship with technical executives in top customers (e.g., CIO, CISO, CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Development), gaining their mindshare and trust in Azure platform.
Remove Customer andProduct Technical Roadblocks:
Identify and resolve technical roadblocks that may hinder customer progress, enabling the account team to accelerate the pipeline and convert deals.
When product-related issues arise, engage engineering through the go to market team to clarify and address them. Continue supporting both the customer and the account team throughout the resolution process.Incubation to Mainstream:
Identify tech scenarios and leverage/build packageable solution accelerators, reference architectures, demos, and automation frameworks to bring additional value across customers and regions.
Engineering Feedback Loop:
Working with Go to market team on outbound motion through product capabilities and creating incubation execution plan and inbound motion through customer feedback on product capabilities to influence engineering product planning, roadmap, and development.
Thought Leadership:
Be a leading expert within your area of specialization not limited to Microsoft products by speaking engagements, publishing blogs, videos, and walkthroughs that showcase innovative customer solutions, technical patterns IP, and best practices that drive scalable adoption.
QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive Technical Pre-Sales and
Consulting Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading complex technical pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture engagements, with a demonstrated ability to translate advanced technical concepts into strategic business outcomes for enterprise customers.
OR equivalent experience.Expert-Level DevOps Mastery:
Deep expertise (7+ years) in architecting and implementing DevOps practices—including Agile, CI/CD, automation, quality, and security—across large-scale organizations, using advanced toolchains such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure Devops or Atlassian.
Advanced DevSecOps & Shift-Left Security Leadership:
Proven track record of driving DevSecOps and Shift-Left security initiatives, leveraging tools like GitHub Advanced Security, Palo Alto , SonarQube, Fortify, and Defender for Cloud to embed security early in the software development lifecycle.

Strategic Cloud Application Development:
Significant hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying complex cloud-native applications in Microsoft Azure or other public cloud like AWS, GCP and advising on cloud transformation at scale.
Executive-Level Customer Engagement &Solution Sales:
Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes, customer-facing advisory and pre-sales engagements, influencing executive stakeholders, resolving critical technical blockers, and driving adoption of developer productivity solutions across global enterprises.
