グループホームかねがふちは、地域に根ざした介護事業を展開する社会福祉法人すこやか福祉会が運営しています。

東京都墨田区に位置し、看護師との24時間連絡体制のもと、安心して働ける夜間介護環境を整えています。

あなたがお任せされるのは、少人数の利用者様との夜間の介護業務全般です。

夕食のサポートから始まり、夜食の準備、服薬管理、おむつ交換などの排泄介助、そして朝食準備とモーニングケアまで、

利用者様の生活に寄り添う業務を担当します。見回り、コール対応、職員への報告・連絡・引き継ぎなど、

丁寧なコミュニケーションを大切にしながら進めます。

・初任者研修/実務者研修:24,465円~27,370円

・介護福祉士:24,825円~27,735円

・昇給あり 年間労働時間(1,920時間)に達した翌月から(時給5円~25円)

・年末年始出勤手当あり

①【出産のとき】

出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが出来ます

②【医療費支給あり】

グループ内での医療機関を受診したときに支給されます(※共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)

③【産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき】

傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養出来ます

※社会保険とあわせ平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。

④【病気や怪我で入院したとき】

傷病で医療機関に入院したときの医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が『入院見舞金』として90%支給されます。

⑤【退職されるとき】

退職者慰労会の会員が、所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、『退職一時金』または『退職者慰労金』が受給できます。

⑥【ご不幸にあわれたとき】

指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円〜最大250万円の給付があります。
