現在の管理部部長が販売原価管理の部門長を兼務しており、次世代を見据えて、今後のチームをまとめるリーダーを募集いたします。
【業務詳細】
■工場原価管理業務全般(セグメント別財務諸表作成、経営分析など)
■原価計算業務(企画コストの立案)
■工場部門を中心とした費用予実管理業務■定期的なコスト報告と財務分析、経営陣への報告※システムSAP利用
原価管理については、以前からの内容を変更せずに行っている部分があり、多くの知見やアイデアをお持ちの方に新しい目線での原価管理業務の改革を期待しております。
【期待する役割】
現在、当社の経理事務は合理化が進んでおり、事務作業等の業務はあまりありません。しかし、管理会計等の業務としては、以前からの内容を変更せずに行っている部分があり、多くの知見やアイデアをお持ちの方に新しい目線での管理会計業務を改革していただきたいです。
【配属先】
管理部は、全国18拠点すべての管理業務を、本社で集約しています。経理(4名)・人事・総務・経営支援・販売原価管理担当社員計18名が所属します。
【働き方】
残業月平均20時間、産休育休介護休暇取得実績あり。中途入社実績も多く馴染みやすい職場環境。

当社は半導体製造装置・自動計測機器・汎用計測サービスの事業を行い、海外子会社が多数あるグローバルな会社です。職場環境は部門間の垣根が低く、自らの意見が経営層まで届くフラットな職場です。

年収 700 ~ 800 万円
【賞与】年2回(前年度実績6.5ヶ月)
