仕事内容


【大阪】エリアマネージャー 営業部長候補/プライム上場Gで安定/幹部候補採用

【仕事内容】

プライム上場オークネットG、安定性と成長性を併せ持つ当社で、エリアMGR業務全般をお任せいたします。

【仕事内容】

店舗、ECによる時計・ラグジュアリーブランド品の買取/国内外への販売、BtoBオークション事業を展開しています。

担当する店舗を定期的に巡回し、売上や買取状況、店舗レイアウト、スタッフへの接客教育等、店舗運営においての支援と指導を行っていただきます。

「具体的には」

・店舗マネジメント(買取・販売)

・店舗の人材育成、スタッフのモチベーションを高める環境整備

・事業方針(販売、買取戦略等)に沿った店舗運営のサポート

・店舗活動方針及び予算計画策定、実行管理

・売上、買取目標達成のための課題の把握・分析や、解決策の提案および実施支援

・店舗と経営側の間に立った状況報告等

<担当エリア>

ご経験に応じ、以下のエリアをお任せします。

大阪・神戸・名古屋地区(心斎橋・なんば・梅田・神戸元町・名古屋大須)※名古屋は出張ベースで巡回

10:00~19:00※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制 休憩60分残業時間:平均月20時間程度

完全シフト制(月9~10日休み)※管理部は基本土日休み

内訳:2月・4月・6月・9月・11月は9日 、3月・5月・7月・8月・10月・12月は10日休み、1月は11日休み
